What the app does
- Checklists on the phone. Every-shift, weekly, monthly and longer PM checklists, ticked off and signed on the phone instead of on paper.
- Reminders to the right person. Each check goes to the person who does it, with a reminder when it falls due.
- Every sign-off saved. Completed checklists are kept and can be searched by machine.
- Missed or failed checks flagged. The supervisor is alerted when a check is missed or comes back Not OK.
- Parts due for replacement. One list per machine of the parts to replace, and when.
- Environment readings. Temperature, humidity and other shop-floor readings are checked against your targets.
